This is a research study, not a form to Primordial Groove and not a review of anything. Here's what happens with what you tell us.
What we're collecting. Your answers to the questions on the next screens — some are pick-one-or-more, some are open text, and every one is optional. If you choose to leave a way to reach you, that's collected completely separately from your answers — see below.
Who can read identifiable answers. Right now, that's one person at PG, tied to a specific email address, the same way it works for reviewing anything else sent to PG through the site. Nobody else — not a mailing list, not a wider team — sees your answers with your name attached, if you gave one.
How long we keep it, and what "delete" means. We keep responses until they're cleared by hand — there's no automatic deletion date.
Can you take it back? You can ask us to delete your response any time before findings are published, if you left us a way to reach you. If you didn't — if your response is completely anonymous — we have no way to find it again to remove it. That's the tradeoff of leaving nothing that connects it to you.
If we want to quote you. We won't use anything you wrote, word for word, anywhere public — including inside PG — without asking you first and telling you exactly where it would appear.
What gets published. Overall patterns — never a data file, never anything sorted small enough that one person's answer stands out on its own.
